Develop a structured workshop plan devised from a creative thinking exercise, which illustrates the construction of a course overview and breakdown.
Encourage trainee participation through active involvement and engagement.
Learn how to control content, structure & nerves under a timed situation.
List at least three types of support materials available to assist recall and retention.
Plan a relevant micro session based on materials covered during the workshop, offering opportunity for skills practice.
Deliver a short session and select support materials which will reflect real practice.
Provide behaviourally based feedback to other delegates using the 7 stages training model.
