 Front Line Manager Programme. This 5 day FLM programme offers an intensive introduction to contemporary people management including insight and exercises built around the latest in managerial excellence. Each of the sessions offer an integrated and progressive approach to skills development and aim to provide managers with a variety of approaches to the complex task of managing others effectively in the workplace. The orientation of the workshops is action centred. By the end of the sessions, managers will have practised skills and techniques which they can use to support a results orientation in the work environment.
